Gentle, empowering and informative yoga classes for women from 12 to 40+ weeks.

These classes are a unique blend of Active Birth education, yoga, and labour skills. The knowledge and practices will give you the confidence to actively participate in labour and birth in an empowered and skillful way. Learn about managing pain with movement, sound, visualization, breath, mindfulness, mental focus, and much more…
Termly enrollment fees include access to a free online Birth Education programme Skillful Birth which includes home practice videos, meditations, relaxations and all the information you need to feel empowered, knowledgeable, and informed before the birth of your baby!
You will also have the opportunity to make new friends in a caring and supportive environment as well as have free access to an extensive library of resources.
